Drywall went up today, and while we were out of town trim went on the window exteriors and the stairs were re-worked.

This past week saw new windows, a whole house dehumidifier, floor leveling, and inspections.
I’m taking end-of-week photos of each room now instead of the whole basement.
This week starts Phase III of my current training cycle. Phase II was short, but went well.
Phase III will last five weeks and is usually the hardest phase. Additionally, I’m racing Dem Calves this weekend.
A couple of weeks ago I made J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Easy Stir-Fried Noodles with Mushrooms, Carrots, Basil, and Sweet Soy Sauce from The Wok cookbook.
I thought these noodles were good and had a good amount of vegetables in them. 4 stars ★★★★☆
Today the HVAC guys came and started routing the new ducts for the basement, and the electrician continued his work. It looks like neither of them are done yet.
I figured the end of the week was a good time for general update photos, too.
