This week marked the start of the third phase of my training cycle.
I started the second phase of my training cycle this week.
I raced the Atlanta Track Club Decatur DeKalb 4 Miler on Saturday. It was a grueling race, but I hit my goal right on the nose.
This week starts a new training I cycle. I wrapped up the previous training cycle last week, but also aggravated an old injury 😫
