This week marked the start of the third phase of my training cycle.
The Guinness World Record of 8 hours, 26 minutes and 53 seconds for the 100 x 1 mile mixed relay was officially confirmed by the Guinness Book of World Records.
Is my math right? 8hr 26min 53sec/100 mi = 506.8833min/100mi = 5.06min/mi = 5:04min/mi?? That's a lot of fast people!
