This past week I made the Beef Chow Fun on a Home Burner recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook. I had a bit of an “adventure” with the noodles.
The end result was ok, 3 stars ★★★☆☆
Week 10 saw flooring installed and interior trim work, the sump pump access built, and, today, painters were here.

This past week started the fourth and final phase of this training cycle. February 8th is the goal race, the Atlanta Track Club Jerome Scales Southside 5 Miler.
