Third coffeeneuring was an impromptu Vietnamese coffee at Tea Leaf and Creamery while a new chainring was installed on my bike at Peachtree Bikes.
Wednesday I raced the Atlanta Track Club Grand Prix Cross Country 5k.
Even though I faded hard on the third mile, my strategy for that mile was just to “hold on.” I hit my strategy on the first two miles, so technically I hit my strategy for the whole race.
Went to Mother’s Best with Megan for lunch. I had the lunch special chicken sandwich which was fried chicken tenders on “Georgia toast” (Texas toast) with fries. It was good! Kind of like an indie Zaxby’s.
