Last week I made the Pad See Ew with Chicken recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook. This is a dish Megan and I have a good amount of experience with.

Two weeks ago I made J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Sesame Chicken Noodles My Way (Or Your Way) recipe from The Wok cookbook.
I liked it, and Megan said it was “better than expected” which I’m going to take as a compliment! 4 stars ★★★★☆
Made J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Spicy Shirataki and Cucumber Salad tonight. The recipe says “serves 2 as an appetizer,” so I served it with chicken katsu.
