Finished East of Eden. This was the best book I’ve read in a long time. I often found myself just delighted by the prose.
Tuesday I made the Chongqing-Style Dry-Fried Chicken recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook.
I thought it was good 4 stars ★★★★☆
