Since I’m trying to increase my whole grain consumption to daily, and I can’t not try new things, I’m trying new-to-me whole grains. This week I’m trying sorghum.

With tomorrow’s race-time forecast of 63°F, I’m adjusting my target time for the Winship 5k from 23:31 to 23:40.
Given the route’s terrain, I plan to push the pace on the first mile downhill, push through the uphill second mile, and then hang on for the flattish last mile (and change).
