With my limited Spanish, I thought trying some kids books in Spanish would be good, but I could read only a small fraction of this without help. The story is very sweet.

Last week I made J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Panfried “Garlic Knot” Pancakes from his The Wok cookbook.
They were very good. By far the best of these pancake recipes. 5 stars, will make again ★★★★★
This week began the third phase of my current training cycle targeting the Atlanta Track Club Grand Prix Mile.
Two weeks ago I made the Scallion Pancake Breakfast Sandwiches recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook.
They were good. A little heavy, but I don’t mind that for breakfast. 4 stars ★★★★☆
