    Last week I made J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Tempura Vegetables or Seafood recipe from his The Wok cookbook.

    All in all it was fine, but I made it worse by making just too much of it. 3 stars ★★★☆☆

    Last week I made J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Vinegar-Caramel Dipping Sauce for Tempura recipe from The Wok to go with his Tempura Vegetables or Seafood recipe.

    This came out to be a delicious sweet, sour, and spicy thin sauce.

    Of the four sauces Kenji offers for tempura, this is the only one my son ate. I thought it had strong honey mustard vibes.
