Friday starts my third training cycle of the year. This one targets the Atlanta Track Club’s Grand Prix Cross Country 5k in October.
Last night I raced the Atlanta Track Club Grand Prix 1 Mile.
I finished in 6:32, my best VDOT performance since 2023.
This week begins the fourth and final phase of my current training cycle targeting the Atlanta Track Club Grand Prix Mile.

Yesterday I raced the Atlanta Track Club Members 10k in Alpharetta.
I finished in 49:26, a lower VDOT than February’s Jerome Scales Southside 5 miler, but my fastest 10k since 2020.
