Thoughts on making Katsudon from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook. Mixed reviews, 3–4 stars ★★★☆☆
Maybe I’ll make this again for myself with leftover katsu, but probably not for a family dinner.

I’ve streamlined my old fashioneds to be super unfussy (at least for my home bar). Here’s what I do these days.
