Last week I made the Sichuan-Style Cold Noodles recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook.

It was pretty good and dead easy, though Megan doesn’t like cold noodles, so that brings the rating down. 3 stars ★★★☆☆
