Today the electricians came and did the trim out. So we have lights!

This past week I made the Beef Chow Fun on a Home Burner recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook. I had a bit of an “adventure” with the noodles.
The end result was ok, 3 stars ★★★☆☆
Week 10 saw flooring installed and interior trim work, the sump pump access built, and, today, painters were here.
Here’s how things look now.
