  • Mosquito Death Buckets, My 2 Week Update

My four mosquito death buckets have been set up in my yard for two weeks now. So how are they doing? Well, that’s not enough time to reduce the adult population of mosquitoes yet, but there are three things we can look at to see if they’re on track.

We’ve been doing the mosquito bucket thing for a few years now, but I never thought to check for eggs and larvae. We just have noticed a dramatic decrease in mosquitos. Interesting to see Allison’s results.

  • Sichuan Dry-Fried Beef

Monday I made the Sichuan Dry-Fried Beef from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook.

The end result was delicious. My son loved it, Megan liked it, but didn’t care for the texture of the matchstick-cut beef. 4 stars ★★★★☆

Our previous church used to meet in the basement of Pinebloom.

  • Could ambitious Trails ATL plan make Atlanta the top U.S. greenway city?

Do it and do it now. And also don't expand the car network.

But why does a mile of multi-use path cost over 7 million dollars?

  • The Fall of the House of Marvel - Movies with Mikey

One last go around the track, for old times sake. Mikey finally says goodbye to Marvel with a reading of tea leaves that happen to cost $500,000,000. Something is amiss, not just with the film industry, but with how business operates in our current world as a whole.
