This cookbook was recommended by Vishwesh Bhatt on The Splendid Table (https://www.splendidtable.org/episode/2022/08/26/cooking-with-vishwesh-bhatt-and-jorge-gaviria) and I thought it sounded interesting.
This sounds tasty and I know several people that would be interested in a feta dip, but what in the world is the “1 cup feta mixture” listed in the ingredients alongside “8 ounces goat’s milk feta, preferably in brine”? Is it the recipe yield?
