Wednesday I made the Extra-Crispy Korean Fried Chicken recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s The Wok cookbook.
I thought the chicken was excellent. 5 stars ★★★★★ (though I think Megan would ding it a star for the fact that it is fried)
All of my notes app notes have The Main Content of the Note and then a bunch of random lines of info at the bottom where I just needed to jot down something real quick
I’ve been keeping a list of restaurants to try for a while now in Notes app. A friend expressed interest in the list, so I figured I’d keep up with it publicly.
I upgraded the site from Django 4.2 to 5.2 and only had to deal with two deprecation warnings along the way.
Beltline rail advocates pushed back against the plan, concerned…the rail would never actually happen. Some worried it would fall into a bucket of other Atlanta projects with no finish line
Kind of weird to have news of a complete Beltline rail plan after the recent news about abandoning Eastside rail. The rail advocates have valid concerns. Atlanta has no shortage of plans, just execution.
