This past week started the fourth and final phase of this training cycle. February 8th is the goal race, the Atlanta Track Club Jerome Scales Southside 5 Miler.

My brother and I share a Dreamhost shared hosting plan that's practically unlimited for small stuff, but no support for those languages.
My website (python) is on a VPS, but I’m concerned about putting more apps on there and needing to up the specs/cost.
And I pay $7/mo for a side project on render, but that spins down when inactive, and I don’t like the delay when it starts back up.
