This sounds tasty and I know several people that would be interested in a feta dip, but what in the world is the “1 cup feta mixture” listed in the ingredients alongside “8 ounces goat’s milk feta, preferably in brine”? Is it the recipe yield?
Our son’s middle school installed metal detectors over the summer and three-ring binders can set them off (!) among other school supplies (!!)
If we really want our cities to be financially strong, equitable, and beautiful containers for human life, we should seriously question this [auto-centric design] status quo. And we can start that process by examining the values and expectations embedded in cars as tools…
