Landscape project day 17: the inspector finally arrived and approved the wall foundation. We now have the start of a wall!
Landscape project day 10: more digging and lots of crushed stone. Waiting on an inspection of the footer.
Landscape project day 9: lots of digging. The area for the steps looks dug out, and they started amending the clay to prepare for the footer.
Yesterday they did lots of digging and hauled away a couple loads of dirt.
Landscape project day 4: more digging and soil amendments to help stabilize the clay where the wall footer will go.
Landscape project day 3: material delivery and digging out for the retaining wall footers.
To catch up, day 1 the landscaper dropped off tools, and day 2 was tree and bush removal.
Silt and tree fences went up last week.
