Landscape project week 7 day 2: the side steps got some pavers in place and some grading done; the drainage is in place from the back yard to the front and a pit excavated for the dry wells; trenches for the piping from a front gutter to the retention system dug.
Landscape project week 6 day 4: the stairs and pavers are done! Work began again on the drainage along the side of the house with the final set of stairs placed, some grading, and excavation for pipes.
Landscape project week 6 day 3: looks like the landscapers got all the pavers and all the wall caps cut and in place.
Landscape project week 6 day 2: the side yard was too wet to make any progress on the drainage work. The landscapers spent all day measuring and cutting pavers and wall caps.
Landscape project week 5 day 5: another late day of working for the landscapers. They didn’t leave until after dark (hence the nighttime photo), but they got the bulk of the pavers laid, the wall caps in place, and filled in behind the wall.
