Started The Stone Sky by N.K. Jemisin. It’s the final book in the Broken Earth trilogy.
Finished The Obelisk Gate.
I thought this one was great, and it even increased my appreciation for the first book of the series. Jemisin captures the emotional tension of the characters so well.
I’m in the middle of N.K. Jemisin’s Broken Earth trilogy, which made this XKCD particularly relevant.
