@k_runO2net@masto.ai I hear ya. Need to keep repeating that to myself.

I have two “toxic running traits”:

1. I skip extra strength and mobility work because I’d rather be running, and
2. When I’m taking time off for injury (or whatever), I don’t do any strength and mobility work.

Even though both of those would help my running.
