I chopped up some of these leftover peppers and put them on tostadas and they were great.

Sometimes I get offered a ride walking from the bus stop to my house (about half a mile). But I kind of feel that's another win for walking: if I had driven, I wouldn’t have the opportunity to spend a little time chatting with that neighbor.
