Fellow men: Support and empower the women in your lives. Don't belittle them or their voices. Be actively aware of your implicit biases.
Fellow white people: We live in a society built to our advantage. Open your eyes and ears to others' struggles; they aren't making it up.
Fellow Southerners: Whatever good you see in the confederate flag does not outweigh the bad seen by others.
Let it go.
