If you're not pan frying your salmon skin into tasty little salmon skin crackers, you're not living.
I follow the "eat the whole animal" philosophy. I ate every part of the salmon fillets I cooked last night.
.@getglad seems very proud of their "interlocking lids." I would just be happy if their lids "interlocked" onto the containers.
